Walter cup
In 2025, we were lucky enough to have the Walter Cup visit us at the White Bear Sports Center! Thank you to all of the community members who were able to come out and enjoy some on and off ice fun and celebrate the Minnesota Frost!
2025 Youth Night
Every home opener, the team hosts Youth Night. This is a great opportunity for the team to invite the White Bear Hockey Association and connect with young Bears. The event includes autographs, locker room visits, sitting on the Varsity bench, face painting, sign making and more!
Sophie's Squad

Sophie's Squad was founded in 2021 to improve the mental health of athletes from youth to college by raising awareness of mental health issues and removing the stigma associated with seeking help. For more information visit: https://sophiessquad.org

2025 Adopt A Family
Each year, the team picks a family to buy Christmas gifts for. They really enjoy going out, buying the gifts and wrapping them. To be able to help a family in the community where they all live is a wonderful way to give back. It really is a highlight of the year for the girls.
2025 Teacher appreciation
Teachers are a very important part of a Bear's life and the High School Hockey team likes to show their appreciation for their teachers every other year. Thank you to all the teachers that were able to show their support and for all you do to support our Bears!
H2O for Life Fundraiser
H2O for Life offers a service-learning opportunity designed to engage, educate and inspire youth to take action to solve the global water crisis by raising awareness and funds to support implementation of water, sanitation and hygiene education projects for global partner schools.

In the 2022-23 season our team, along with the girls basketball team, did a H20 For Life fundraiser. With the funds raised, these two school projects were completed as of January 2024
2023 Lunds & Byerlys - Boo Blast
Community engagement is about building authentic relationships and collaborative partnerships that contribute to the overall success of the community. The opportunity to interact with our hockey players can inspire young people interested in sports to follow their dreams.
